Master in Urban Environment project, Architect. He is a Researcher at i2ADS and at CITCEM. Professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto and Scientific and Technical Consultant/Coordinator of the "Parque Patrimonial das Águas - Porto". As an architect and researcher, he is responsible for various works on the subject of rehabilitation of ancient water structures.
