Ramiro Martinez is a PhD civil engineering currently currently working at EVREN SLP as owner partner and director of the hydrology and water resources área. He has over 35 years of profesional experience in the fields of hydrology, environment, land engineering throughout the world, and international relations in these areas. He is the General Coordinator of the Mediterranean Network of Basin Organizations since its creation in 2003.
